This sustainability event entertains, educates and inspires attendees to participate in local and state-wide sustainability efforts. Aspiring and practicing sustainability professionals will be presenting short topics related to our island's sustainability efforts. The format provides actionable insights and creates lasting dialog among attendees. Dozens of vendors and event sponsors will be on hand to discuss their latest efforts and offerings. Presentation topics that entertain, educate and inspire will include; local green business and jobs, education, sustainable shelters and building codes, sustainable farming and food independence, water supplies, local renewable energy efforts, open government, green jobs and greener local
economies. Attendees can gain a deeper understanding by participating in moderated discussions after each presentation. Very short, highly-informative videos will play between presentations.
This is a not for profit event and the event itself is being delivered by an all-volunteer team from Green Collar Technologies. "Hawaii Island has a tremendous wealth of knowledge in our people and this event brings our communities together to teach and learn how to thrive. We're simply doing our best to help create a global model for sustainability and abundance on Hawaii
Island."  -Brent Norris, Green Collar Technologies
