*Learn to Trade Effective Healing Session*
*Wholistic Peer Counseling Training*
with Aniko Willoughby


More than just a support group, this training will teach basic skills 
for trading wholistic healing, so you can then use them with family and 
friends.  These skills can improve health, relationships, inner peace 
and can be used to help your friends, children and family throughout 
life.  A wonderful training for anyone involved in health or healing 
professions, such as massage and bodywork.

FREE INTRO CLASS, Come check it out! Bring your friends to this 
information packed, free introductory class, and please invite the 
people you love!

CLASSES are 2.5 hours per week, plus 2 hours in a practice one-on-one 
session outside the class each week.
(This approach is not appropriate for everyone, since it requires you to 
have the energy  to give as well as receive sessions. If you are really 
in a life crisis, it is best to see a professional.)

counseling, giving some of the basic ideas about emotion and emotional

CONTENT OF THE TRAINING SESSION:
How emotions and thinking effect each other, giving good attention, how 
emotions get stored and can be released, bringing attention back to 
normal after emotional work, effective change with the least suffering.

These classes are not drop in.  You may drop out at anytime, but you 
must attend the beginning class in order to continue.
